Size & format
Sealed unit sizes
From standard domestic panes to large-format architectural and commercial units.
Oversize sealed units
Large-format insulated glass units for feature glazing and commercial facades.
- Maximum size 4100 × 2400 mm
- Made to measure, built to specification
- Suitable for double glazed units, with oversize options also available for triple glazed units
Float glass units
Standard annealed float glass for everyday residential glazing.
- Up to 1.4 m² in area
- Maximum single dimension 1750 mm
- Wide range of thicknesses stocked
Toughened glass
Thermally toughened safety glass
Kitemarked toughened glass in the two most-specified thicknesses, sized for the application. Available up to 12mm, with Low-E variants up to 8mm.
4 mm toughened
Thermally toughened safety glass for compact panes where impact resistance matters.
- Up to 2.4 m² per pane
- Kitemarked to BS EN 12150
- Heat-soak testing available on request for all thicknesses
6 mm toughened
Toughened glass for larger openings, doors and structural applications.

In-house decorative glass for heritage, feature and character projects — designed, proofed and manufactured to your drawings.
- Traditional lead work — diamond, square and bespoke patterns
- Sandblast designs — logos, house numbers, motifs and full-panel artwork subject to size and complexity
- Design proofs provided for sign-off before production
- Sealed inside the unit for a maintenance-free finish where required
